Parts and Service Associate
As a Parts & Service Associate at Air-tow Trailers, you will be an integral part of our
post-sales team. Your primary role will be to assist the parts and service department and
ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills/Abilities
● Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding parts and service inquiries.
● Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless post-sales support.
● Developing quotes and proposals for customers.
● Inputting and fulfilling Sales Orders.
● Package and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
● Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Air-tow Trailers’ products and services.
● Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism, providing solutions
that align with company policies and core values.
● Maintain accurate records of inventory for parts, warranty claims, and customer
interactions.
● Collaborate with the manufacturing and engineering teams to address and resolve
product issues.
● Maintain knowledge about industry trends and best practices in parts service and
warranty management.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in parts service, warranty handling, or a related field.
● Flexible Hours
● Proven customer service skills.
● Experience in the trailer or automotive industry is a plus.
● Experience with UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
● Strong understanding of mechanical components and technical aspects of trailers.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to prioritize needs and multi-task.
● Excellent organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite or the
Google equivalent.
