The South East Regional Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities within a defined territory. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers and our dealership network, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and developing new sales opportunities with dealers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of trailers and equipment sales, and a proven track record in sales. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, build meaningful relationships, and drive growth by closing deals and exceeding targets.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Achieves sales targets.
Manage existing dealership accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
Work to establish new sales opportunities by researching organizations, dealerships, and end users to find new opportunities within the territory.
Work toward increasing sales growth in the region at an established rate determined by the National Sales Director.
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote and sell our products.
Ability to manage workload and respond to customers in a timely manner, including follow-up for potential sales.
Add and update all customers and lead information within CRM and update the associated sales activity within CRM.
Collaborates and works closely with an Inside Sales Representative to execute sales goals and ensure quotas are met in the assigned territory.
Collaborates with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts for other territories and sales representatives.
Takes an active role in lead generation activities and marketing initiatives in assigned territories.
Ability to gain thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
Ability to present a professional image with business acumen in person and remotely.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Five plus years of outside sales experience is required.
CRM Experience (Oracle NetSuite a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as time management skills.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Must have valid Driver License and ability to travel.
Experience multitasking and completing work while traveling.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be organized with attention to detail.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google equivalent.

The role of the Inside Sales Representative requires strong sales skills along with product knowledge to empower and support their sales team in order to meet sales goals and performance metric requirements. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a drive for success, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls all the way to inbound leads.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S


Qualifying inbound warm leads to create sales.
Contacting prospects to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Distinguish the customer’s needs to make the best sale.
Take an active role in lead generation activities and marketing initiatives in assigned territories, including prospecting and cold calling.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Providing company literature, such as handouts and providing website tours to potential customers.
Finding and developing new markets through prospecting and cold calling and growing existing customer revenue.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for customers.
Collaborate and work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to execute sales goals and ensure quotas are met.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

R E Q U I R E M E N T S


1 -2 years experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Experience managing complex projects and ability to multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in computer skills
CRM experience preferred Oracle NetSuite a plus.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google equivalent.
